Starting this month, the Athol FRC will host a twice-monthly walk-in service for MassHealth navigation support to help people apply for or troubleshoot issues with their MassHealth insurance. This service is available through the Massachusetts Health Connector Navigator Program. Tanya Poulos, a representative from the program, will be at the Athol FRC twice a month to help with
- Applying for MassHealth
- Adding family members to MassHealth
- Troubleshooting issues with MassHealth
When:
- First Friday of each month from 9 am – 12 pm
- Third Friday of each month from 1 pm – 3 pm
