Let’s create a statewide community of Family Partners! Would you like to connect with other Family Partners and learn something along the way?

If you support families/parents/caregivers in any setting using your lived experience – whether you are new to your role, long time employee, working in a group or working alone – Family Partner Connections is for you. Family Partner Connections meets quarterly to provide ongoing education, networking, and support.

This program is not designed for Family Partner supervisors.
