How can you identify and support Black youth struggling with a mood disorder? Although Black youth may face systemic barriers when it comes to addressing mental health, there are ways in which adults can help. This virtual workshop is facilitated by Families for Depression Awareness (FFDA) staff and delivered by a licensed mental health professional. Participants learn how to recognize someone who needs help and assist them in accessing services.
